Q1: What is Zipia Madness?

Zipia Madness is a blogshop that organise Zipia.net sprees. The blogshop has two ladies boss, Yee Ling and Wei Ling. We started this business on 4th April 2008 and still going strong!

Q2: What are payment options?

We accept payment by POSB iBanking or ATM transfer only.
We do not accept Cash.

Q3: Do you accept overseas orders?

We only accept orders for delivery in Singapore.

Q4: I have a defect item / wrong item. What do I do?

Please email us @ zipia.madness@gmail.com ASAP. Further details and instructions will be given in the email.

Q5: I don't like the item / The item is too big for me. Can I do a exchange or get a refund?

Sorry, the answer is no. Zipia.net only allow refund for items that are defected or wrong item shipped.


POSTAL RELATED QUESTIONS!
Q1. How quickly do you mail out the items?

All items will be mailed out within 3 days upon receiving from the postman.

Q2: What is the difference between normal and registered mail?

Unlike normal mail, registered article service offers proof of delivery, doorstep delivery and limited tracking features.

Q3: What happens if no one is at home to receive the registered article item?

For any unsuccessful delivery, a delivery advice will be slipped underneath the door. You can collect the item from the designated post office, redirect it to another post office at your convenience or reschedule for another delivery.

If you are collecting the item from the post office, you need to bring along your NRIC and the delivery advice.

Q4: What happens if I forget to collect my registered article item?

If you have not claimed your registered article item within 10 days, the item will be returned to us.
Customer will have to bare the extra charges for mailing the item out again.

Q6: Where can I track my registered article item?

Click HERE to go to Singpost website, then click on "Track Item".

Q7: The status of my registered article item is "Unsuccessful Delivery" or "Collection at Post Office". But I did not receive any delivery advice. What do I do?

Call 1800 222 5777 and tell them your situation. If it is "Collection at Post Office", go to the designated post office give them your tracking number and NRIC.
